Appointments
- Do you accept walk-ins? No. To ensure optimal organisation and a bespoke service, all treatments must be booked in advance.
- How do I book an appointment? Via the Planity platform: search for Argenta Studio and select your preferred service and time slot.
- Why does Planity ask for my card details? Will I be charged? Your details are only required to secure your booking. A temporary hold (pre-authorisation) is made for validation. Final payment is taken at the studio via cash or card.
- How do I cancel an appointment? You can cancel directly on Planity. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 20% of the service price.
- What happens if I’m running late? Generally, delays of more than 15 minutes cannot be accommodated to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
- Can I bring a guest? No, we do not allow guests in order to maintain the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the studio.
- Can I bring a child? Yes, but only for parents with children under the age of 3. We provide toys to keep the little ones occupied. Argenta Studio is a safe space designed to offer a moment of relaxation, even for mums who find it hard to switch off.
- If I bring a pram/stroller, where can I leave it? You can leave it by the stairs on the ground floor or in the hallway near the letterboxes.
- If I arrive by bike, can I leave it inside? Yes, we have a small space available for bicycle parking.
- How do I find the studio? Located between Esquirol and Capitole tube stations, at 23 rue Alsace Lorraine. Blue door (between Sephora and Normal). Ring the intercom for Loustau. If it’s your first visit, I will come down to welcome you.
- Where can I park? There are two car parks nearby: Esquirol and Capitole (Indigo). We recommend arriving a little early as the area is central and traffic can be heavy.
Services
- How often should I book a nail appointment? Approximately once a month, or every 4 weeks.
- What should I do if a nail breaks? Please contact us via WhatsApp for a repair. All our services come with a 7-day guarantee.
- I bite my nails, can I still have a treatment? Depending on the condition of your nails, you can start with our “Bitten Nails” service, which includes a mini-extension using acrygel and strengthening gel to encourage healthy regrowth.
- What is a “removal” (dépose)? It is the complete removal of any existing product, followed by a manicure and a clear base coat to protect the natural nail.
- What is a Russian Pedicure? A dry procedure that cleans and shapes the nail contour and cuticles for a crisp, clean look. It includes gel polish and, if required, a small extension to balance the big toe nail.
- What is the smoothing treatment? A service designed to remove hard skin and calluses while nourishing the feet. The result: feet as soft as a baby’s. Ideal all year round (every 2 months for mild roughness).
- Can I combine a Russian Pedicure with the smoothing treatment? Yes, this is a comprehensive treatment—perfect for getting your feet ready for summer.
- Can I have an extension on my big toe? Yes, but for special occasions only. It is important that the extension does not exceed the tip of the toe and that you avoid tight footwear. It must be professionally removed the following month to maintain nail health.
